Do you want to return one or more products? Yes you can!
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. As long as we can resell the product (in its original and unboxed packaging), you will receive a full refund.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Email: email@example.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).
Pricedeals24 will then be required to reimburse the Customer no later than 14 days following the date on which the return has been received by us. The refund of the product and the initial delivery costs will be made no later than 7 days following receipt of the returned product. However, the return can only be accepted if the product is in perfect condition, namely in its original packaging and not opened. Items which have been opened/damaged or unsealed before to be returned by the Customer will be refused.
If you wish to retract, the return costs remain at your expense. The return of the package must be made at the following address from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Pricedeals24:
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- The product must not show signs of use
- The product must be carefully packaged
- The product must not be damaged
- The product must be sealed
- The original packaging must not be missing

Please contact our customer service for return instructions. Save your shipping receipt. This allows us to trace the return if something goes wrong.
Are you returning multiple items? Then you can put everything in 1 box, even if it concerns different orders. Put the return form for each product in the box.
Excluded from right of cancel/returns
Sealed products, which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery, may not be returned.
Consequences of using your right of cancel/returns
In the event that you return all items from your order, we will refund the complete order amount, including the shipping costs paid for the first shipment. The shipping costs for the return to us are not refunded. If you return part of your order, we will only refund you the amount of the items you return to us.
After receipt and assessment of the return, we will refund the amount to be refunded as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days from the moment you notified us of the withdrawal. We will refund this amount to you via the payment method you used to place your order with us. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. The refund of the product and the initial delivery costs will be made no later than 7 days following receipt of the returned product.
The product delivered is defective
Is the product you ordered is defective, damaged and/or incomplete? Please contact our customer service and, if possible, include a photo of the product received by e-mail (e-mail: email@example.com). A defective product may then be returned to us.
If the returned products is used/damaged or unsealed
Then, the depreciation can go up to 100% depending on the condition of the product. As consumer, you are responsible for the condition of the product if it is the result of improper handling of the product. The amount of depreciation depends on the non-possibility of resale of the product. As an online store, we can charge for this depreciation.
If you have returned a product for defective, damaged and/or incomplete reason and we find no defect, we will send the product back to you and we will charge the return costs (depending on the delivery address to where the product will be send it back).
