How long does Pricedeals24 need to prepare and ship my order?
You can see the preparation time for each product next to its availability. The preparation time for most of the products is 3 to 5 days. It is even possible for your order to be shipped on the very short time if it only includes products with immediate delivery and it has been paid before midday.
The delivery time will depend on the selected shipping company and the country of destination. Bear in mind that the indicated delivery time is approximate and refers to business days, excluding weekends and official holidays.
This delivery time is clearly stated when ordering in the shopping cart, summary page and in the order confirmation. If an order is placed with multiple products, the delivery time of the longest delivery product is valid.

To which countries can you send my orders?
Pricedeals24 can ship to almost every country in the world with express courier. However, shipments to destinations outside the EU may have certain restrictions or special procedures for the management of customs formalities. The customs service may apply a tax (known as customs duties). In this case, it is important to know that Pricedeals24 is not responsible for the customs fees. If there will be any charge applied, it should be paid by the buyer.
Where does my order ship from?
We aim to be a global platform, connecting customers from across the world. Your order will be shipped from Netherlands.
As soon as we ship the package you will receive an email from us containing the tracking code of the shipment. When your order is shipped on a business day, you will receive the package within 3 – 5 days (national holidays excluded).
How much does shipping cost?
You can estimate the shipping costs and delivery time in the Pricedeals24 shopping cart yourself. You can see the costs directly on the checkout page. Please note that deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.
How can I track my order?
After each order you will receive a tracking code that you can use to track your packages. The code may not always be recognized by the carrier’s website. This usually happens because the code has not yet been processed by the carrier yet. In this case you can follow your package the next day.
What is included in the shipping charges?
The shipping charges include:
- Suitable packaging (cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, inner protection, etc.)
- Customs clearance at origin
What happens if you notice that you need to make a change after placing an order?
In the event that there is a need to change some specific data of the shipping addresses, it can be modified if the order has not yet been issued. For this, contact us immediately and our staff will get back to you as soon as possible. In all other cases, the solution will be to cancel the order and create a new one. After a few days, Pricedeals24 will refund you for the cancelled order.
How to cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order and stop your shipment, you need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request the cancellation of your order.
However, we inform you that, due to the high level of automation in the management of orders, the timescale in which an order can be cancelled may be short. The cancellation process should be started by our staff members and, for this reason, if the system does not allow a cancellation to be made, this will no longer be possible.
Please review your orders, delivery addresses, amounts, products, quantities and attributes thoroughly before finalising them.
How should you proceed when receiving a shipment?
All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition.
The first thing you should do is check that the number of received packages matches those sent. Second, inspect each package externally with great care in order to see if there are any signs of it having been hit or mishandled, such as bumps, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, courier seals or any sign that may lead to suspect that the goods may be damaged. It is mandatory to leave a note and signature on the courier’s delivery note, either on paper or digital support (PDA), “PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED” if these signs are present. Not signing a package as VISIBLY DAMAGED and then presenting images that show visible damage to it will mean the incident will automatically be rejected.

You can determine the delivery of your package according to certain specifications. The options are:
- The order can be delivered on another day
- You can pick up your order at the nearest relay point
- The order can be delivered to another address
Please note that you must provide a valid ID when picking up your package from a relay point.
Not at home at the time of delivery? No problem.
You may not be present when the package is delivered. In this case, you can easily determine a new delivery on the transponder site. Just schedule a new delivery appointment. For this you need your zip code and the release left by the driver. According to the delivery instructions, the order can usually be issued the next business day.
Package lost during delivery. What to do now?
In this case, you should always contact us by phone +31 85 800 02 95 (Monday – Friday from 10am-5pm) or by email (email@example.com). After you report the loss or theft of your package during transportation, our carrier will initiate an investigation. From that moment on you will be informed and helped.
In the case of a return, the order will be refunded within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned package or proof of the return of the order.
